Step into the enchanting world of Nymph. Our mission is to provide affordable, comfortable and sexy fashion to the women of South Africa.
The reason I got started on this brand was because I couldn't find simple and comfortable clothes that were sexy. Not only that, there are new clothing trends popping up every few months and I'm just not into keeping up with the fashion. There is another movement of buying cheap from China, and I get it, things are expensive these days but unfortunately this is directly supporting modern day slavery. So thats also why we want to keep Nymph as affordable as possible.
So I decided to try this thing out, start a clothing line with no background in fashion… but definitely a background in female. It's been a long time coming, I have taken my time with this brand, finally finding the best team that could fulfil my vision, trying to get each fit perfect, searching and searching for the right fabric that feels good on the skin, and we finally made it here.
We believe in simple, timeless fashion that celebrates the female form. We want you to wear the clothes, not the clothes wear you.
People make the brand
We believe in supporting local. My CMT Brinton is from Durban South Africa. He was a god send as I tried 4 different CMT’s before B and no one compares. He understood me and my vision. I give him so much credit because he has helped me so much with making the clothes as perfect as possible, even coming up with some designs for the range. If it weren't for B I would be no where.
Under B is a team of amazing, beautiful ladies from all over South Africa. They make the clothes come to life with all the time, effort and love put into each piece.
John from Malawi is the artisan who makes our beautiful leather belts. He is an upstanding, trustworthy man who puts hours of work into creating the beautiful belts.
As time goes on I am searching to find more local artisans to add to the brand, this way I can support others while supporting myself. Soon we will be adding some beautiful beaded work by John's amazing wife Thuli.
Another thing to add is that 5%-10% of all profits will be going to animal charity. I am a big animal lover and believe in taking care of our furry friends who desperately need help, especially in South Africa.
