The best and preferred way to wash our fabrics is by COLD hand washing using a mild or natural detergent. This will maintain the quality of fabric while saving energy. Don't use fabric softener as the fabric is soft enough and this will ruin it. 

Please be gentle when wringing out the water before hanging it on the washing line. NO dryer to be used, this will ruin it and the fabric dries quickly enough. 

Please DON’T mix colours when hand washing. 

Steps to take: 

• Pour cold water into a washing up bowl.
• Add a few drops of mild detergent.
• Mix water and detergent.
• Turn your viscose garment inside out before washing to retain the colour and texture.
• Don’t brush. Simply rubbing the garment by hand will remove any dirt from the cloth.
• After a few minutes, rinse with cold water to remove detergent.
• Rinse with clean water until soap suds stop foaming.

When your garment is dried, you can iron it but please iron gently and make sure the garment is  INSIDE OUT as this will preserve the colours and avoid shiny spots.
